Yeah, dude, I didn't really think you blamed me, and I understand your sentiment better than you know. I barely connect anymore myself, I feel the same way all the time, but I stick around for whatever reason.
I'm really not that involved or active anymore, and while I've recently met a few new people, a) it's because I actually met them and we actually get together and do stuff out here and b) I tend to be kind of grumpy and not into meeting all the young whippersnappers when I go out, I just hang with the people I already know more often than not and just go "sigh, it's not what it used to be. damn kids get off my lawn".
c) I don't have the time or energy to stay active and popular, or at least not to do it willingly
d) I often come around to connect with my friends or update and I find myself going "ich, I just have no interest in this whole thing anymore" just like you feel.
So I get it, I really do. who gives a shit, it's a website, y'know? meh.
-Anyhow, on a more personal note, I miss you too, you should get the hell out here sometime soon, I'm really pretty broke at the moment so me travelling anywhere seems pretty unlikely for a while. I'll get you so fucking drunk we'll think we're in Providence again.
