Most effective, though unfortunately most smelly method is to buy a head direct form your local friendly abbatoir, remove most of the flesh and brain (a butcher friend could do this for you. In fact I'd do it myself but a)I'm on the wrong continent and b)bovine heads are now banned from sale in the UK cos of BSE), then boil the crap out of it to remove all the detritus. Voila! One disease free head. Other than that, maybe look in Yellow Pages?
