Work has finally slowed... there's no film festivals until the fall... It's been a suh-wheet summer here in NYC... Rockaway beach is HOPPIN!

Our film won the grand jury prize at the Dances w/Films Fest in LA!
I am totally grateful to everyone at that festival... it's the first one that truly felt the most filmmaker friendly... No catering to sponsors, no bullshit politics... it was amazing.
We also heard from two more distributors and received invites to three festivals... it's amazing that things are finally...

Good news, bad news scenarios as usual...
On the good tip, my film is now an "official selection" of film fest numero duo... DANCES W/FILMS out in LA... Totally psyched, we really needed an LA event and we scored the coveted Friday night time slot at the fest which is HOT.
