WTF? where did I go missing? I lay it down fast for those who have not heard yet.
the Haredi Jews have marked my neighborhood as one of the next places for them to occupy. they started by trying to bring portable buildings to form a kindergarten for their kids, but that was foiled. another step they took is erecting illegal "Iruv" posts and wire. its a series of posts and wires that define the place that within it its OK to walk around in the Shabat. every city in Israel has one that circled it. but the city one was not enough "KOSHER" for them so they started sticking them every where inside the city. the city municipality is paralyzed due to political deals and pressure, and the police are not that keen on clashing with the Haredis again. my neighborhood got organized, and for over a year are protesting against it. two Friday ago, another action- Marking illegal posts with blue and white took place.
I was taken into custody on last Thursday, and released on Friday. one of the terms of my release is staying out of Jerusalem- my home. the police wanted 30 days, the judge gave ten. its in appeal tomorrow, but I know that the police will back down and will agree to remove that term.

Seriously? You were taken into custody?
Those Hardedi Jews seriously bother me at the moment.
They are the reason why some of my friends moved away from jerusalem, most of them even left Israel.
My mom comes from Antwerp, there are many of them,too.
While they actually bahave quite normally towards 'normal'people here in Europe ,it's the muslims they start to attack now. And of course, the muslims counter those attacks and everything seems like we're back in the middle ages.
Why can't there be a single religion that is NOT occupied with fanatics?
I have a deep respect for religious people, but also a deep disregard towards fanatics.
