I'm still recovering. The pain is almost gone, but I haven't yet regained feeling in my toes from walking around for a good twelve hours Saturday in my god damn Lisa Garland shoes.

How fucking crazy is that? A few of my friends have told me before that I look like her. The costume goes a long way to cementing the uncanny resemblance.
I didn't become obsessed with that character because I thought I looked like her. That's just an insane coincidence.

Those are from the last day of Otakon when we were trying to squeeze every last drop of enjoyment out of it. I was seriously about to cry I was so sad about the con ending. It was so much fun this year.
I'm wearing a Gloomy Bear hat I bought in the artist's alley from the one and only hottest cosplay girl ever Lindze. She sews all of the hats herself. And I have a huge crush on her.
Last night was kind of weird. I went to my friend Nicole's 21st birthday party. Luckily there were only two people of about twenty actually drinking to wreck themselves. Everyone else was cool. Newest #charmer inductee Damien asked me to not let him drink anymore and then seemed annoyed when I took him seriously. I snatched a can of beer out of his reach, and then my friend Neil came and sat next to me and was like "Katy...what the fuck? Are you drinking?"

I did get to see my friend Seret though, and that made my night because I haven't seen her in so long. She thinks her boyfriend is going to propose to her soon. I told her if he doesn't marry her, I will.
Nicole is getting married soon. She just turned 21 and she's getting married! I haven't attended a wedding in so long. I think it will be fun.
