Uh...the only anime I've ever watched was Akira, so I don't have a clue.

C'mon now... if you're gonna ask questions about anime you're going to have to do better then that :p Thats Major Cusanagi *or however the hell you spell it* from "Ghost in the Shell", a great movie which my best friend owns and has been watched many a time.
