If my brain were a level, I'd say that the little bubble floating inside is gracefully finding its way back to the center. Much better. The insomnia bug is still running rampant, but fortunately my daily obligations don't start until about 7pm. There is plenty of time for cat naps before Kung Fu.

Labor day weekend is now over, Halleluia. I'd like to thank the throngs of tourists for spending their money here, greasing the wheels of our economy and giving me the opportunity to make a healthy wad of cash at the club this weekend. I'd also like to thank them for returning from whence they came, as there are only so many drunk drivers a girl wants to dodge on her drive to work.

I'd also like to thank my friend Courtney for that fabulous wrestling match she initiated at the bar the other night. The rugburns and bruises on my body are a happy reminder of time well spent. I now have the confidence to persue my secret dream of becoming a professional mud wrestler. (OK, not really, but next time I'm REALLY strapped for cash I'll have another option.)

A big thank you and thumbs up goes out to George W Bush for continually being such a jackass that the public can no longer ignore his incompetance. Thanks George, you're making me look smarter every day.

I raise my arm in a rigid salute to my mother, a survivor and inspiration against all odds who kindly did me the favor of giving birth to me 23 years ago this next wednesday. I raise my glass to you Mamma-cita and am so glad we've become such good friends in the last year.

Last but not least, I'd like to thank my SG friends for being kind in the face of my madness. This microcosm of individuality has served me well through the peaks and valleys.
