The dinner last night was really good. I had Lamb Shank w / sweet potatoes. But it wasn't a Cuban restaurant.
It was more Latin inspired than actually being... Oh well, I enjoyed the food.
And today, I dusted and cleaned the bathroom.
Now to take pix.

Kind of pissed at someone I thought was my "friend." I was trying to make plans for my birthday with him, because if I made them with him, everyone else would follow suit and come along too, but he's saying he won't make plans with me because he MIGHT have other plans this weekend that he forgot about and doesn't wanna have to cancel them or something. When I texted him about helping me plan something he just said "Don't worry about it" like.....my birthday doesn't even matter. :\
Hoping to finish organizing / cleaning my new apartment today.
I'd like to take some pix whenst everything is in it's place.
Plus, I have to shave my head / shower, as I'm going out for dinner to a Cuban restaurant tonight.

So, today in the mail was my info package from The Landlord And Tenant Board.
The hearing between myself and the Landlord is scheduled for Jan 6th.
This will the opportunity for me to explain to someone why I waited for 4 MONTHS for the landlord to address the mold / water damage issues in my previous apartment.

Went and picked up / bought a new futon mattress today from JYSK.
It's kinda like IKEA, but cheaper and not as big.
It is freaking AWESOME !!! It has coils in it, like a bed mattress. So it won't condense in areas, and it'll stay firm.
Unpacked all my books / CD's / DVD's.
Now just have some minor knick-knacks to organize and figure...

Packing sucks, but Im glad you get to move in to your new place. So how did the date go?
Still packing / moving. Had to take a break as I go into work @ 3:45 p.m - 11:30 p.m.
Going to move more schtuff on Saturday and Sunday.
Get as much out before Monday, which is when I'm moving my bed, bookcase, futon, etc.
All the bigger things that won't fit in the back of my car.
