New rant and/or problem...
Today is garbage collection day in Oshawa.
2 bags every 2 weeks. Seems logical.
The garbage man wasn't going to take mine, as the 2 bags ( 1 1/2 actually ) was in the garbage pail.
Seems Oshawa has a bylaw that garbage MUST be in the bag on the side of the street, not in the pail.
The reason for this is, in case of needles / sharps that they may stick themselves reaching into to pick up the bags.
Now, my question is, wouldn't it be safer to pick up a pail, instead of loose bags ?

That cost would be ridiculous and I highly doubt it would be any good after they threw it around to deliver it.
