Congrats on the divorce! My hubby was served on the 19th. He finally said something to me about it yesterday. He said he would sign the agreement we sent but hasn't had time to read it. It's been over a month now. I told him he was just stalling. I explained that I needed to get the divorce now b/c of financial reasons mostly. I need to have control over my own taxes and be able to buy a house without having him involved and we have to get divorced for that. So the process is moving forward slowly. I plan on buying a place in the city instead of renting. So excited!! I've never had my own place.
