My iPhone is causing me grief.
Whenever I make / receive a call, NO SOUND comes through the ear-piece. BUT, if I put it on speaker, I can hear the caller.
My carrier suggested taking it to an Apple store, but then it would probably get shipped out and I'd be without a phone, as my iPhone is the only phone I have ( no landline ).
The rest of the phone works fine though, but this really blows having to switch to speaker for every call.
