Made some slow-cooked back ribs for my suppers this week.
Mmmm ... Riiiibbbsss.... ( sorry vegans ).

Fantastic!! Im ashamed to admit I've not actually
visited Wellington yet frown Infact, I've only been to
the North Island once, and that was a year ago,
I visited Auckland. I want to go back, and visit
Wellington too, maybe this year or next.
