I have a question for anyone to answer / give advice to ...

I went on vacation to Halifax. Whilst out there, I met someone, and it's someone I could see myself dating. BUT, we live in 2 different Provinces, and I can't see myself moving out there, nor her here.

Obviously, it won't go anywhere

The advice I'm looking for is ...

How do I get " over " this woman ?
Just concentrate on other things ?
Convince myself it's pointless ?

Any tips / pointers / recommendations ?

Maybe I misspoke when I posted " ... it's pointless ? ", what I meant is that should I even try to see if this could go anywhere.
