Hey, happy Friday everyone.
So, the bathroom floor is due to be fixed today. The upper tenants will be w/out a bathroom for a spell, which sucks balls for them. At least it's getting finished/fixed (hopefully).
On another note, the final monetary negotiations for my separation should be done today (hopefully) as well. Then I can move on with my life and not have this legal crap still hanging over my head.

Yay for getting things accomplished! Its always daunting getting to these tasks but it feels good once they are over! Hopefully everything gets done today!
