Happy Mondays, everyone. So, the deck stairs are being replaced as I type this. My Landlady is cool about the whole situation, which I was VERY worried about. Just moved in April 1st, and one month later (because of the BBQ fire), they have to replace them there stairs. NOT a good way to start off that type of relationship. Although accidents do happen, but I really didn't need for this to happen. Alas, it did, and it's being dealt with.
