it says "eat me". a woman's face is looking up from another woman's junction. it has this great '70s golden age of porn feel. i think it was really funny to me because i wore it to a bar and people would come up to me and ask me if the shirt was a picture of what they thought it was. then someone handed me a camera and i meant to take a picture of my head, but instead captured the shirt perfectly. maybe the caption should read, it's much funnier if you were actually there.
