The book seems to be going full steam ahead! i was filmed for the broadcast which will be showing in january last wednesday, then went on the radio and talked about the book, my experience, with callers and with a doctor who specialisses in eating dissorders. He was really interesting it seems that most men that get eating dissorders are gay which kind of suggests the male influence is a bit part of eating dissorders as gay men want to attract men as do streight women, we didn't mention that on the radio but from my own experience id deffinitly agree.

I guess that was my first experience of being used for someone elses gain in the media, i had no intention of talking about myself, how thin i got etc but when i said this i was told if theyd known i only wanted to talk about the book thay wouldnt have botherd filming haha. In the end i did i dont want people to feel they cant talk about it so it was for the best really, even though they wanted to use my hurt for sensationalisim , to make the itv look like a doo gooder company which they clearly are not haha! i no the game, but without them I wouldn't have the money for the project.

The doctor even knows a few celebrity doctors, and delia smith lol random, but he's going to try to get them involed and write something for the book himself. Im als going to meet the guy who runs www.mengetedstoo.co.uk - a website about male eating dissorders so i can get some information and advice from him.
