I'm am so fucking tired, but can't sleep.

What usually makes you fall asleep?

I get anxious at night, don't know why I think it's because I live alone, though there are a lot of people in my building, and no one would ever be able to get to me without passing all the stoners and tweakers first.

And I can drink a cup of sleepytime tea and almost pass out before i'm done drinking it, but I save that for important sleep nights.
