I matched with a woman on tinder the other day who seemed really cool and friggin adorable. We talked for a few days, traded phone numbers and had even planned out a date for this weekend.
Then I randomly asked her what she was up to today and she was like "just sitting on the couch with my daughter."
Uhhhhhhh...? Mind you no hint or mention on the profile of a daughter, or any pictures of one, or any mention so far in the conversation. I was like "oh you have a daughter??" and she was like yeah sorry I'm new to remembering to bring that up, I actually have 3.
GIRL WTF? No mom I have ever known goes a full 24 hours without mentioning their kid at least once, and you expect me to believe you just forgot to put it anywhere on Tinder or bring it up in conversation??
It is what it is. Just depressing to have to keep going back to the drawing board when things are just starting to show some promise.
