I had the BEST day yesterday. Sydni and I went to a great breakfast at Bluestar Cafe in Wallingford and then went to Deception Pass via the Mukilteo ferry. We spent all day out there and had a blast. We took a ton of pictures and even had an otter pop up about 10 feet from where we stood on the beach.
After driving home I made a good Alfredo sauce from scratch and served it with linguini, crimini mushrooms and some chicken andouille sausage sliced and sauted with some fresh garlic. We spent the night drinking wine and hanging out. That has to be the most relaxing day I've had in a while.
