Alright so things are falling into place for this trip to Laos + Thailand in March. So if anyone has any tips/suggestions drop me a line.
THis is a research trip for this feature we're working on which is what we're calling an "existential thriller" - which basically means we want it to be fucking scary but also have brainy ideas about life as well. Anyway the story is about a Canadian man in Laos, dealing with the death of his son, who kills a man in self-defence and then is forced to go on the run through the back country of Laos, eluding the Laotian cops and army. It's like RESCUE DAWN meets an Antonioni film.
