Friday, how I've missed the opportunity to look forward to you like everyone else. Okay, so maybe I've grown lazy the last few months with my new schedule, only working 3 or 4 days a week, but ever since that started, two of those days have been Saturdays and Sundays, and early mornings at that. This weekend I've taken them both off....I think. It's still a little unclear on who's covering for me on Sunday at the bar. We'll see.

So in order for me to take this whole weekend off, I had to work the last 9 days straight between both jobs. I haven't had a week like that since Christmas. Good thing I found the raddest shoes ever. I've been bartending in them all week and it's the best my feet have ever felt after an 8 hour shift. Highly recommended.

I've also recently picked up a new camera phone. Look at me jumping right into the 21st century! I'm just now learing how to use it without feeling like I'm going to break it everytime I pick it up. Here's a shot from last night:


I made almost a hundred more bucks last night than I usually do. I think it was the pigtails.

Lots of other new things going on around here. My mom has a new boyfriend. He's younger than mine. That's a little weird. They come to the bar all the time. She's finally living out her party years that she missed out on when she started having kids at 18. Good for her, I guess.

Weekend, here I come.

Tonight: taking the gay boys dancing
Tomorrow: Snake's birthday party at the bar (Snake, like Jerry is a staple patron. This should be really fun.)
Sunday: Surprise engagement party for Martin & Kristin.
