Paul and I both have had strep throat the last couple of days. Friday morning he got up early and went to urgent care to get us some antibiotics. After two straight days in bed and lotsa chicken soup we're both finally starting to come around, and that's good because in the morning we hafta be at the bar by 8:00am to clean up after Hurricane Saturday Night, then open the bar by 10:00am, then I hafta bartend until 6:30pm. I'm hoping he'll feel well enough to stay all day and keep me company. Sunday afternoons can be slow and agonizing.

Anyone in Phoenix that wants to stop in for Sunday brunch and bloody marys, be my guest.
