to add pictures in here you have to hit the "image" link where it says "insert"
and a screen will pop up here you put the link to your picture.. and you just put the address in there and BAM there it is...

Oh man, Im exhausted. Ive been working more than I should, pulled a muscle in my back, dead center so my movement range is off, and to top it off, I twisted my knee so I can bend it, but I cant straighten it out.
