So Hi SG Land, this is my very first blog, so I'm gonna keep it short not to bore you... ive had this problem for years. it went away for a while.. but always come back when i am doing things with my arms.. like standing and working at a counter.. which is what i do for work.. i am a pastry chef, so standing all day, my arms out in front doing stuff.. looking down at my work. ouch
