It is a free site that donates to charity through various sponsors, and gives you a chance to give back just by adding a badge to your social networking page and earning points. They have tons of causes and sponsors to choose from; I personally support To Write Love on Her Arms and my sponsor is Ed Hardy, but there are plenty of amazing causes that you can help, just by signing up.
