I've got a new hobby as well, started the training for mixed martial arts way back in July which is great fun but I've finally had the planets line up so I could attend a Kettlebell workshop. The guy running the workshops is one of the instructors of the main MMA stuff as well so it wasn't completely unfamiliar stuff as the pupils sometimes catch him practising with the weights now and again when we're training.

It was a 3 hour training class that over-ran and I know I'm going to be struggling tomorrow to get out of bed, at least the new car can get me to work nice and quickly!
