Ok so still no photos since that didn't work the last blog I posted. I think i will do a photo bonanza when I get home.
Vienna was as beautiful as prague although much easier to get around. I think I am getting the feel of these cities since I am getting lost less.... or can read maps better. The downer was all the viennese opera and ttheatre venues close july and august because fuck tourist dollars I guess. Did see la boheme on the big screen outside the townhall. The hostel I stayed at had branded condoms. Speaking of hostel because a guy who I met in prague and was leaving needed to get his health card delaying my check in, I got an extra 3 drink vouchers. Add the next day two more from a pile of 4 me and another aussie found on the table in reception and I had six free drink vouchers. Also found a bar that looked really abandoned and didnt go inside because I got the impression I was gonna get stabbed and left to bleed in some dirty room. Did find a bar with a drink called 'I love you will you marry me' . The prankster in me had to buy it..... even if the bar tenders that night were all guys.
Was in Lichtenstein for a couple of days in a really fancy hotel. had the time to do everything which isnt much and you cannot tour the castle but its worth walking up to anyway. I even helped a mother get her children to the swimming pool
Currently halfway through my switzerland leg of the journey. Zurich was fun although the hotel bathroom and shower were In a separate room. managed to buy a lot of lindt chocolate and see a lot of bikini babes along the lake. Luzern was fun and I ran into a contiki group who are currently looking at watches.
