i get food made for me tonight by a friend, and its indian food to boot. but first off to the farmers market to get cheese and bread to bring along, oh yeah and hopefully so sort of deesert

ya I've read some rucker. Cribbed "stuzzy" from one of his books. Good stuff. I'm sure you've read Schismatrix by Bruce Stirling right? If not...read it next. Great book.

I thought I recognised the name and yes, I've read Ship of Fools by Russo and enjoyed it. I'll pick up the series you suggest. What do you recommend by Stanislaw? Solaris?
