I'm tired, and I'm sad, and I'm tired of writing about being sad.
I think I should take a break and do something else for a couple of days. I'll probably be back tomorrow anyway, but hey, who knows? I'll come back and edit this so it looks like I said I was going to do whatever I actually do.

Hopefully the break will be cathartic for you. Sometimes we just need to figure out the real life shit out before we can think about sharing things here.
I went to the hobby store earlier today, and there was a set of figures for a model train layout that was awesome. I snuck a picture of it, but my phone seems to have lost the pic. That's a real shame, because it was pretty funny, and because I lost the photo I have to tell you what it said rather than show you....

So I'm waxing my rock sculpture today, and the instructor comes by and observes that it looks better upside down. And yes, it does. Unfortunately, I didn't finish that side as well because it was going to be on the bottom, but hey, what the hell.

After a blah day of siting around feeling vaguely lonely/sorry for myself, I went to the CD release show for Solar Powered People, a local band that's actually pretty good.
Opening for them was an electronic band callsed, SaucyBoy that was okay, but small electronic shows are weird in that they're pretty much a couple of guys sitting in front of Macbooks for 40 mins....
