Happy day-after, everyone! (What do they call it in Canada? "Boxing Day" or something? )

I gots a shiny new phone. Gadgets make me happy.

I was planning to spend Saturday in either Santa Cruz or Half Moon Bay, but the forecast has rain in it. That doesn't sound particularly relaxing.

Ah, well. The beach will still be there some other weekend.
