Apart from a bit more introspective wankery than I was hoping for (see yesterday's blog), I accomplished everything I intended to this weekend. 
Apart from washing my blanket, but that's a detail and I'm beat right now. Also, the yard's still a mess, but that wasn't a goal for this weekend. That's going to have to wait until the weather changes.
Saturday, I saw a spectacular meteor shower, and finally figured out what was wrong with my aunt's computer and fixed it. Sunday, I went to the birthday / welcome back / bon voyage party at my aunt's, followed by a night of Hold 'Em with some very nice people I'd just been introduced to. Yesterday, I actually returned the PC that I'd forgotten to take with my Sunday, and spent most of the evening playing Guitar Hero with my cousin and his friend. Today I mostly caught up on house cleaning. Now, I have a 3-day work week, followed by an afternoon rafting trip on Saturday. I'm quite pleased. I should try to arrange a drinking-with-coworkers night in there somewhere for good measure.
