I discovered just how divided Americans have become last week, while grocery shopping with a friend of mine. For those who aren't intimately familiar with American politics, and the parties involved, I'll explain. It's also important to note that I was peaking on an edible at the time I noticed this, so don't take it too seriously πŸ˜‚.

First we have the Progressive Democrats (or Liberal Left):

The Democratic party is the "Blue Party". Stereotypically viewed as godless heathens by Republicans. More likely to believe in the mystical or Mother Nature, than an organized religion. Hence, we have "Fryin' Magic".

Then, there's the Conservative Republicans (or Religious Right):

The Republican party is the "Red Party". More typically associated with organized religion, i.e. God and miracles. Therefore, there is "Bakin' Miracle".

Finally, there's the Agnostic/Anarchist option:

They don't give a fuck about your party, your religion, or what Hogwarts House you belong to. They just want to flavor their chicken πŸ˜‚. Notice the neutral colors and combination of frying and oven preparation in the name, with no mention of any "higher power".

Keep in mind, all three of these products are π’†π’™π’‚π’„π’•π’π’š the same. They're just seasoned bread crumbs to coat you're chicken.

I would actually be interested in the results of a study to find out if there's any corelation between political views vs. which one people buy.

Anyway, my buddy got his Anarchist Chicken Crumbs, I got an awesome name for a punk band that will never be, and we went about our business.

@weedfarmer we usually just use plain old breadcrumbs, and add our own seasoning, it's way cheaper πŸ˜‚. To be fair, the store did have traditional old Shake'n'Bake, too πŸ˜‚

I use Panko, but I don’t remember why - perhaps gluten free?!
