Anyway I only now smoke a j maybe once a year. Too busy these days to kick back and take the scenic route, you know? But it is SO nice on those special occasions. I'm sure you had those same feelings at the "Sunset Festival" at the end of the "Duvall Crawl." Some of the best times. Ever.

I smoke more than 1 a day... lol. I only went on a few Duval Crawls. Most of the time I only went to one bar. (I knew the bartender.) And I went to the "Sunset Festival a few times... made friends with some of the street performers. The best sunsets where on the deck of my own boat, (especially during the summer when the kids would go to bed early). In the cockpit of the boat, chillin' smoking a bowl... I miss Key West...
Today has been an interesting day. (Interesting as in the Chinese curse of "May you live an interesting life".) My mind has been going in a million different directions and I feel like I can't even hear myself think with everything happening...

Well, I don't believe I am motivated to go towards my dreams, but more of my goals. Dreams is a term that almost makes it sound like they are just imaginary and not achievable, while goals are something I set my mind to achieve.
I stay motivated knowing that if I fail I will let someone down. I know if I did things solely for myself, I would rarely achieve anything, because I could always forgive myself for failing. If I do something for someone else, I am never sure if they will forgive me.
So... I think your movies sound really cool, I want to watch them.
And if you can, go after the dream girl. She might be as interested in you as you in her.

I don't know if my Jedi Mind Tricks work for others, but when I really need for something to happen, say at work, or a project I really care about, I have to completely visualize it HAPPENING in my mind. Every little detail, every little misstep I have to anticipate. You used the right word, and that's "focus." My 2cents....
