If you are unaware who El Vez is- you're missing out! His 'Merry Mex-Mas' show stumbled through Atlanta last night. Played at Smiths. It was one of the most entertaining evenings in awhile!
El Vez is and experience- to say the least. I was there with some of the greatest people...which only added to the fun. We went back stage and got a fantastically cheesy pic w/ the man himself. He couldn't talk tho- only in a whisper enough to let the guy know he didn't work a camera properly. He was saving his voice.
I was amused that during the show he kept sipping on hot tea from a plastic cup.. letting on like it was liquor or something.
If you ever get the chance- check him out!
