So, at first I was like, ugh, two weeks at a Catholic university. Then I was like, dude, two weeks living in an all-girls dorm at a Catholic university! Fucking score!
But really, I think the original thought was closer to it. This campus is wacky. It's frickin' huge and green with very new buildings. It's super clean. there's lots of funny religious kitsch around campus. And there is nothing else around for miles except a wal-mart and a denny's. i might start kickin' it at the denny's here real soon. I love me some cheesy fries like nobody's business. i haven't really made any friends cool enough to take with me yet. but i'm working on it. i bummed a bunch of cigarettes to some guy last night who seemed ok, maybe he'll be my friend. we shall see.

meanwhile, i went and swam half a mile at the gym. that was pretty rockin'. swimming is hard work.
