Oh man, that last entry had to go. Oh my melodrama, heh heh.

I am inordinately pleased about Don Imus being fired. It's rare that I freely exult in someone else's suffering, but fuck that asshole. The shit he said, on that occasion and many others, was appalling.

well i'm glad you're ok - i honestly thought it might have something to do with academic stuff, but didn't want to make that assumption, especially with a reference to being crippled for life (?) in there somewhere. i wish you luck on your decision and however you choose to move forward. i imagine this might affect our drinking plans for next week, so let me know. smile

and i had actually never even heard of Don Imus until this last week's mess he got himself into. i guess i'm better off. an NBA player wrote a good column about wanting him fired here...
