Holy monkey testicles am I sore. This workout thing I'm doin KICKS MY ASS! My abs haven't been this sore ever. And I've worked out a lot. The only way I can describe it is like Ron Burgundy - "It's a deep burn!" I probably did around 200 pushups last night during this workout. I'm gonna really be sore tomorrow. But it will all be worth it. I'm gonna have abs like Jesus! biggrin

Another thing... why is it so difficult to eat healthy? I spent about an hour yesterday at the grocery store and $130, and still don't have everything I need. And spent about a half hour cooking last night after working out. No wonder people just eat Mc Donalds and get fat. It's much easier that way.

Anyways... back to the grind. The boss is away today!!! WOOHOO! ooo aaa

Another f'n update.

It seems like everything I read about lately that I think is cool or would like to see is in New York or Calfornia. Damnit. It makes me want to move there even more.

For example, how cool would it be to hear this live?

Move to Vancouver...it's amazing and not freezing cold in winter like NY or Toronto.

Today's the first day of my June resolution to not eat garbage anymore...cutting down on sugar is hurting as much as your abs, it seems. frown
