Well, I only worked two days last week...Monday and Tuesday....spent Wednesday in NOLA and was sick Thursday, with a sore throat, and ended up having to go to the dr....but since it wasn't strep there was nothing he could really tell me about it except that if it's bacterial, antibiotics will help, and if it's viral, they won't....so what exactly are we paying these guys for again? The antibiotics are working though, so I'm assuming it was bacterial after all....but was too sick to work Friday...was feeling anti-social over the weekend, so I stayed in the back bedroom most of the time..you know..the whole screaming children running through the house wasn't exactly good medicine for anti-socializm....and got really familair with adobe photoshop....I SHOULD have been doing laundry, but I would have had to emerge myself into the sea of crazy kids and I just couldn't bring myself to do that...so now today, while Vanny is yet again in NOLA, I am stuck at home doing laundry because I couldn't get it done over the weekend...sigh...but the nice and quiet house is most lovely....the kids' mom decided to help out and watch them for the day...but anyway, I'm sure a few of you remember IndustrialPet....Vanny and I are working on her website, so I was practicing on a few of her pics in adobe and here is some of what I came up with....


And for those of you who don't know, this is my friend from Florida that I go to visit as often as I can....and I'm sure you can see why...she is most lovely!
