HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!! Hope you are all having a fabulous time!! I decided to dye my hair for the festivities...I'll post some pics of my bleached hair and then post some pics of my bright red hair after I've slept...it is, after all, almost 1:30 in the morning! lol The bleach turned my roots blonde, but left the tips black..should make for an interesting dye job! lol
Okay, well...apparently SG time is two hours behind my time because it's still Saturday there....but it's Sunday here damn it! lol
Well, it's very interesting really..I put the Raw: Hot Rod Red in my hair and it turned it bright pink...and you know, if I were in California and anywhere other than here really, I would have just left it....but it would have been a bit much for Mississippi...soooooooo..I now have a bright red color in my hair...it immediately turned orange upon application...we'll see how it develops...if it stays orange I am just going to shave all my hair off, bleach it out again and have a white blonde bur for a while..I know..you think I'm insane..but in all honesty I've always wanted a bur and this would be the perfect excuse to have one! lol Besides...my hair grows an inch a month so in 4 short weeks it would be like I had just gone and gotten it cut into my usual style! lol I didn't get pics of the pink...shoot, and I may not get pics of the orange if I have to shave it..we'll see...Vanny let his ex borrow our camera for Mother's Day today..so I guess I can just use a disposable for now....
Okay, here is the end result! lol You can't really tell from the pics, but it turned to a nice auburn shade...the roots are a vibrant dark red, and the tips, because of the black, are a REALLY dark red...so it looks really nice. It's not quite natural, but more natural than I wanted to go with...but it'll do! lol Until the next dye job....

And just FYI...I hardly ever wear make-up...only if we are going out, meeting people for the first time, or doing a photoset! lol I used to wear it every day, but it's just such a pain in the ass! lol I'm a perfectionist so it takes me like 30 mins just put my mascara on! So I decided a long time ago just to deal with my naturalness or face the wrath of people being tired of waiting on me to finish getting ready! LOL

I never wear makeup either, fuck it.
Wouldn't ya know my husband is a computer guy to. I'm not asking him though he'll talk my ear off for an hour about it and then make me watch demo videos or something.
Shera's color is gorgeous as well. I would think you'd have to do that over black rather than over blonde though?
