Well, Vanny's step-mother passed away last weekend and the funeral was on Wednesday, so we've been gone all week for the most part. I got to meet a lot of his family I had not met before though, so that was nice...although not under the best of circumstances. I think the most awkward portion of the whole week was the fact that Vanny's ex was there...I mean, it was, after all, once her family too....so that was a little uncomfortable, but I just tried to stay low and out of the way...give her a chance to talk to everyone and catch up...I figured I could do my chatting when we were all back at his dad's house....so no big scenes or anything weird like that. We were planning on going back for the weekend, but have decided to wait until next weekend when we have the kids. So instead we are going to get all the laundry and such done, get the house cleaned up, and then tomorrow, get the work out equipment set up so we can start working out again because I tell you what...the holidays are kicking my ass and it's not even Thanksgiving yet! And there ya have it! We're also thinking about going to a swingers meet and greet tomorrow night...I'll let ya'll know how that goes if we do.
