SO I don't have to work this week...I am REALLY loving this cleaning houses every other week thing...and the kids' mom actually got them Saturday night...so I've had a little kidless time and it's been nice...so lets see...
Friday night we went to Baton Rouge to visit some friends of ours. They have kids so we just let our kids play with their kids and their baby sitter watched all of them Friday night so we could go out. We got back in around 2:30am and then had wild crazy monkey sex...which is always a good thing...hehehe...
Saturday we headed back home...then the kids' mom decided she wanted to get the kids finally...so we went over to some friends house in the area and hung out....went to a strip club....spent most of Sunday with them helping them out with some projects around their house and THEN....
We came back home so I could start working on OUR house! I am sooooooo excited! I've just about got the dining room turned into an adorable little girls room...I'll take pics when it's finished..I have orange divider curtains and a hot pink mosquito net coming in the mail...and Vanny is going to take the chandelier down because we both invisioned barbies hanging from it and you know...that is bad! LOL Um...and I am going to start painting my step-son's room momentarily....I am going with a black and blue flame theme...the top will be black and the bottom two shades of blue...and stupid me, I forgot to get trim paint, so I will hve to send Vanny out with the shades of paint today to get that...because I want to paint the furtniture and all that too...and I want to do it NOW damn it...while I'm in the let's re-do the whole house mood...these moods donn't last forever you know....AND we are going to be re-painting the kitchen as well...a light orange and cobalt blue..I am most thrilled...i'll take pics of that too...for almost a year now the kitchen has been half painted this ugly blue...okay..not ugly..but it's a kid blue...the blue I used in the kids' bathroom...and it is NOT cobalt..that is for sure! So it's just looked ugly in there..to me anyway...but anywho...then I am going to throuroughly clean our house because it needs it...get all the laundry caught up....I just got a bunch of fall and winter clothes in the mail for the kids so I went through all their old clothes last night and am going to get all of that ready for donating....I need to get MY summer and winter clothes switched out...so lots to do this week...but man will it be SO much better when the week is gone! So wish me luck and i'll take pics whern it's all done!
Um....we are now moving our oldest into what used to be the two youngests' room, and moving our middle child into what is currently our oldest's room....my hallway, living room and guest bathroom are filled with furniture...I should take a picture! lol But what that means is....more painting is to commence...because the room I'm moving our oldest into is just white with a bunch of skid marks all over the walls from the two youngest acting like a bunch of hoodulums! lol So off to walmart I go to get more paint! Vanny better get his buns home soon and help me!
