I'm going to The Note tonight. Hey cool...it's open til 5am. Last night I went to The Map Room.
That place sucks...I was drawn in by the large beer selection. I was surrounded by morons, and the music was wayyy too fucking loud. My brother and I did, however, enjoy a glass of my new favorite beer there. It's called Gumballhead It's delicious, but we couldn't stand the "atmosphere" in there. So we walked down to a little dive called Ed and Gene's?? I think that's it. Anyway, some old hillbilly works in there, so we got him all riled up about the neighborhood and war and whisky and women. I was good fun. We capped the awful bar evening at The Store I know, I know...it's not a cool place, but my friend owns it, and free is good.
