I'm playing the grand ballroom at Union Station here in Chicago. The delightful people at PAC edge have enlisted Rubber monkey and myself. Wait, maybe I'm part of Rubber monkey at this point. Anyway, they have asked us to play 20 minutes of circuit bent madness during this Time Out sponsored event. It's just me and two others for 20...looong minutes. They estimate a thousand people...that makes me totally piss myself. I've never been the center of attention to a thousand.
This lead to television. Channel 9 is interested in having you on tv in the morning. WHAT? WTF? Then...we got invited to do a spot on radio.
This is NOT a new art people. So why all the fuss??
I'm not complaining, I'll take my 15 minutes of fame and bask in it.
