I went the natural route, and this looked pretty good. I had to cut them when I joined the souless work force, but it was a cool experience..
I really like your new pictures, especially the ones with the glasses. BEAUTIFUL wink

(cont. from yesterday) the list goes on and on and on and on... but here is where it starts:

you're a vinyl junkie, just like me.
you strive for knowledge, you spend a lot of time doing research.
you're masculine, but very feminine.. a delicate balance of both.
you're an artist, no matter what your medium... you can turn anything into an art with your...

Thanks for the compliment on my backpiece. I had it done at 17 years of age, so I didn't really think much about balancing it on my back. Basically it's covers the right side of my back and looks somewhat awkward in retrospect. That will be fixed with some additions to it in the near future.

sometimes it takes me awhile to get the person in the palm of my hand; that's just because i get caught up in my militance and forget to change my approach....

My Rane has just arrived!! You are Vestax (ain't ya?) but seriously this thing is amazing (TTm 54) so well built and the faders are just so slick. It's a shame i couldn't quite afford the 56, but i'm very happy with my 54, it looks all cool in black and the sound quality with my Quad amp is just superb. I'm going to get back into my cutting after a long time out in collecting geekville smile.

It looks like you've got a lot of fast breaking advice. I usually come out with fresh fruit...mangos are especially lovely. A simple veggie soup is good too. Drink the broth and just eat a little of the cooked veggies at a time...

You may be doing this in your fasts, but if not, it's REALLY important to keep your colon clear. It's not the most pleasant part of fasting, but it's the most important part. All the toxins you're clearing from your body end up in the colon. Unless you keep it moving out of the body, the toxins get reabsorbed causing fatigue, headaches and sometimes even nausea. AWESOME right?

ps.. Even the smell of wheatgrass juice makes me want to puke...

oh the tortured souls we possess, it's the greatest gift to be an artist...and also the worst curse. you know you become artistic from trauma earlier in life which has allowed you to bcome hypersensitive to things other people cannot feel, similar to the "death" experience one must travel through to become a "Shaman". the balancing act it requires is incredible...and to tell you the truth i am just now finding my balance...and it started at about 30.
the sobriety tip is a deep one after you have held yourself under the influence for 10 to 15 years, it's like learning how to breathe again.
remember all those things that sounded like great ideas that you never got around to? well, even if you don't you very likely will soon...and then you'll have to learn how to juggle a million ideas at once, but you should be good at that being a juggler already.
music has always been my salvation, as i have been working as a professional sound engineer for the last few years...but now learning how to beat juggle is filling my time where i used to stay buzzed. I am working on my design degree as well that i scrapped back in 93 so i could tour with the Dead for the rest of my life. so it sounds like we have many things in common, other than the fact you have come to similar conclusions much earlier in life...lucky you.
so i open this discourse you started by offering my friendship, and hey...we're almost neighbors...midwest reprezent!

i'm so confused.

You want to cry
Why?
Confused...of what?
If you fast is it for a spiritual reason if so don't tell no one...be humble.
If you meditate need to be clear your headed befor you start.
deal with the first three parts of your journal then sit think of your point were you want to go. Take your time allow no troobles in and let nature take it's course
every thing is going to be fine. Remember that and YES every thing will be fine.
chow smile

So very sorry if I disrespected you in any way. You seem to have a strong head on shoulders. And I agree with you 100 percent.
Spiritually we all handle our way diffrent.
but see it all makes more sence to me
again sorry if I disrespected you in any way smile

Sounds bad. I went to one in Oregon for 8 months, shit sucked. It was still being built when I got there, they had us working in the basment pretty much building the place by ourselves, built the outside deck too, cut a few miles of old barbed wire fence down, then had to pound in a few more miles of posts and re-string that shit. Had to cut down branches from insane amounts of trees for punishments, along with being made to sleep outside under a tarp in crazy Oregon winters as punishements. I think we had maybe three actual "therapy" sessions my entire time there, lame, if anyone has ever heard of SUWS in Idaho I had to go there twice too, that was the worst.
