So the show on Saturday could have gone better.
We were already hurting with no bass, but then the monitors they were using SUCKED and the sound guy seemed to have an obsession with pumping my kick drum's volume to ridiculous levels.
My monitor did nothing but pop the whole time and The Nothing's monitor simply stopped working. All this and some other stuff resulted...

and dont worry about comeing across as a bad sun for not getting a card.....its a piece of card....its not love. im totally the same way. if its just because youre supposed to whats the point? id rather buy something another day when the moment strikes me.
im sure your parents understand your situation. try not to feel so bad. you do see them, thats all that matters, im sure they just appreciate it when you do spend time together, rather than focus of how brief it may be.

Had a great weekend again this past.
Went to Busch Gardens and rode some rollercoasters. Holy crap the Griffin is AWESOME. 200 ft 75mph 90 degree drop!! And just before the drop the dangle you helpless for like 5 seconds. I was in the front row thinking I may die.. but that if I did, that'd be an awesome story to tell in the afterlife....
