Bryant is doing much better (our bassist). He came in over the weekend to lay down tracks for the first album, but we quickly realized that all of us playing kills his head. So he'll be out of actually playing for a bit still.

So as not to have any downtime, when he can't record we started working on writing the next album today.

This next album is going to be MUCH heavier than the last. Blast beats, lots of rhythmic changes, odd harmonics, just some crazy shit. If you want a (poorly recorded, expect a better version semi-soon) idea of what the last album is like you can check some music and videos at our myspace.

I love watching us grow as musicians and get more and more comfortable with our own writing. We aren't the most amazingly talented people out there (we aren't shabby, either), but we have vision that carries us a loooong way.

I am excited about where this is headed.

In other band news I think I briefly mentioned before, but it's official now, WE HAVE T-SHIRTS!

In nerd news, I should be getting Age of Conan in tomorrow. Who else is planning on playing it? We should get on the same server and hack people's heads off together while admiring the topless women. Should be fun.
