It is possible though isn't it? Weekend was good, had the usual suspects over, went to a Kings game and played some "I am a huge nerd" Magic The Gathering Online.
I put my feelers out on Craig's List for bands, "Creaky old man of the sea bass player, (that's bass player, not sea bass!) has van, rock star looks, likes "indie rock" and Steely Dan.
I contacted this one band in Vacaville and it turns out I know everyone in the band and everyone they ever knew, small fucking world man. I love it when people already know who I am from back in the day when I was Vaca High's bass playing, Rush listenin' freak-a-zoid.
I wonder if I am really that good anymore, I practice like once a year now... But it is like walking...
