I find today I feel like talking more than I usually do but only to certain people but who they are I dont know. Lol isnt that quite weird.
On a different note things have been going smoothly with the pre deployment. We as a group have had our issues about leave but the closer we get to pre deployment leave the more certain it seems we are going to get to see our families.
Its scary though one of my soldiers is female. And as with females they require different tests to get approve to deploy. Well her test came back and she may be facing something worse than deployment in my opinion. I cant say for sure but she may have cervical cancer. Well how should I respond knowing that someone I have looked after for 12 months is hurting? I love my soldier as if they are my own family and even when they move to another squad it hurts a little losing them. Lol on top of that they decided to restructure our squads again. I kept one of my original, the female above, but I lost five others because I was working. It was almost like as soon as I had business somewhere else they threw the guys in a line and starting stacking their teams. LOL its so infuriating but now I have to watch as my old soldiers are dragged along and worrying to much about things their NCO should be doing but is not! Its safe to say as soon as I get promoted to SSG I will skull fuck any NCO that mistreats my soldiers. But as it is Im not in that position. Its been a long day and an even longer week but I can only try to rest and hope next week will be better. The army is a cruel mistress but the people in it make it something I love.
