Jesus CHRIST that was a fucking trip and a half.

Went down to the NoVA/MD area last week to see my friends band play, the insanity of it all was beyond being off the hook.

After a 15 hour trip that involved spinning out on the highway at 75 miles an hour, a snowstorm, freezing rain storm, blowing out a tire, getting hit in a parking lot and sleep deprivation from the night before, i REALLY needed a drink.

And drink I did.

At nations, within the first half hour I pounded back 6 glasses of SoCo and coke, 4 shots of tequila and a gin and tonic.

Hung out with the Nimbus crew. Unfortunately it would appear that the residents of that area are huge pussies when it comes to weather and only a few people showed up. Ah well, they missed the fun.

The Nimbus show was beyond being off the hook. Once again, the fucking weather only brought out a few people. After selling about 50 tickets on the streets about 8 people showed up. Didn't matter. The music was beyond being amazing.

I only wish i was still there.
